1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Arbeex News Portal (“the Portal”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Nature of the Service
Arbeex provides a news aggregation and discovery platform that consolidates publicly available information, news feeds, and content provided via RSS feeds, APIs, and publicly distributed sources. Arbeex does not produce, edit, or own the majority of the content displayed unless explicitly stated.
3. Content Ownership and Attribution
All news articles, logos, images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective publishers. Arbeex displays only permitted elements such as headlines, snippets or short excerpts, source names, and direct links to the original articles. Arbeex always attributes the original publisher and provides a redirect link for users to read the full story on the source website.
Arbeex displays images only when they are supplied through RSS feeds, APIs, or when the feed’s license or usage terms permit image reproduction. If a publisher does not wish for images to be displayed, Arbeex will remove them upon request.
Arbeex does not store, reproduce, or publish full articles. Only headlines, short excerpts, metadata, and links provided through RSS feeds or publicly distributed sources are displayed.
4. Copyright and Fair Use
Arbeex operates under principles of fair use / fair dealing, displaying limited portions of publicly available information for informational and non-infringing purposes.
Publishers retain full control over their content and may request feed removal, attribution updates, or display adjustments at any time. Arbeex will comply promptly with any valid request.
If you are a publisher and believe your content has been used improperly, please contact us at info@arbeesworld.co.za for immediate resolution. Upon valid request, Arbeex will remove or adjust any content within a reasonable time frame.
5. Third-Party Links
The Portal contains links to external websites that are not under our control. Arbeex does not endorse or guarantee their accuracy or reliability and is not responsible for any damage, loss, or liability arising from your use of third-party content or services. Users access external sites at their own risk.
6. Monetization and Advertising
Arbeex may display advertisements or sponsored links alongside aggregated news content. Such monetization does not imply endorsement of any third-party product, service, or news source.
7. User Conduct
Users agree to use the Portal for lawful, non-infringing purposes only, not to attempt to copy, scrape, or republish the aggregated data without authorization, and to respect the intellectual property of Arbeex and third-party content providers.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Arbeex provides news aggregation “as is” and makes no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information, nor continuous availability or error-free service. Arbeex is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on aggregated content.
9. Privacy
Use of the Portal is also governed by the Arbeex Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process user data (including cookies and analytics).
10. Modifications
Arbeex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective upon posting on this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

13. Subscription and Monetization Policy
13.1 Subscription Services
Arbeex may offer premium or subscription-based access to enhanced features, tools, or content curation services (“Subscription Services”). Subscriptions grant users access to Arbeex’s value-added platform functionality, including but not limited to: curated and categorized news feeds from multiple publishers, personalized dashboards, alerts or summaries, access to analytical insights, or ad-free experiences. Arbeex subscriptions do not grant ownership or licensing rights to any third-party content aggregated on the Portal.
13.2 Scope of the Subscription
The Subscription fee applies only to the Arbeex platform and its aggregation service, not to the underlying news content itself. All third-party articles, headlines, and summaries remain the intellectual property of their original publishers. Arbeex merely provides curated access and links to such content for informational purposes.
13.3 Payment and Renewal
Subscription fees and billing cycles are outlined during the purchase process. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection laws. Arbeex reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or terms with prior notice. Continued use of Subscription Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13.4 Publisher Rights and Revenue Sharing
Arbeex acknowledges that aggregated content originates from third-party publishers via RSS feeds or APIs. If any publisher wishes to establish a formal syndication or revenue-sharing agreement, Arbeex will enter into such arrangements in good faith. Publishers retain the right to request removal of their feeds at any time.
13.5 No Resale of Publisher Content
Users are strictly prohibited from redistributing, selling, or repackaging aggregated content obtained through Arbeex. All news headlines and article snippets are displayed for personal and informational use only, in compliance with fair use and attribution standards.
13.6 Termination of Subscription
Arbeex reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s subscription or account for violations of these Terms or misuse of third-party content.
